  • Ik doe al meer dan twee jaar yoga met Sasha. Het gaat online via Zoom in een groep. En ik vind het fantastisch! Sasha is super vriendelijk en toegankelijk, ze wilt graag dat mensen vooral yoga leuk vinden.

    Ze legt alles goed uit, ze is geduldig en helpt studenten van elk niveau en mobiliteit om comfortabel oefeningen uit te voeren.

    Sasha geeft ook veel aandacht aan mindfulness, tijdens haar lessen helpt ze je om met je gedachten in de les te blijven waardoor je lekker emotioneel ontspant. Ik raad Sasha 100% aan als yogaleraar!!

  • Ik volg de yoga lessen voor beginners met Sasha 7 maanden lang 1 keer per week. Als beginner heb ik veel aan instructies van Sasha, ze legt goed uit hoe de houdingen in elkaar zitten, ze weet precies wat voor de meeste beginners van belang is, ze houdt rekening met je eventuele beperkingen en stelt alternatieve houdingen voor.

    Dankzij de yoga lessen voel ik mij veel beter, ben meer bewust geworden over wat in mijn lichaam gebeurt, mijn lichaam wordt steeds sterker en ben positiever ingesteld geworden in mijn leven.

    Bij Yoga Corner maak je kennis met leuke mensen en het is erg gezellig om even te kletsen onder een kopje lekkere thee.
